"My understanding is our folks have been connecting with residents there and that situation is now resolved and power should be restored," Smart stated.. While the North York reconnection marks a victory for utility crews, Toronto Hydro reported that fewer than 2,500 customers were still waiting for electricity as of Friday morning.
Downburst damage at Rogers Stadium and Yorkville
