Kasra Aarabi, the Director of IRGC Research at United Against Nuclear Iran, claims that the Islamic Centre of England has long functioned as a regime outpost. aarabi asserts that the center's Imam is personally appointed by Iran's Supreme Leader to represent the regime's interests within the United Kingdom, potentially enabling the launch of attacks on Western soil.
