Former Celebrity Traitors contestants Joe Marler and Nick Mohammed have put their infamous feud aside for a fun-filled day at Chessington World of Adventures’ new World of PAW Patrol.
Reunion at PAW Patrol Land
The duo, who first met on the hit reality show, explored the UK’s first PAW Patrol-themed land, featuring new rides, playscapes, and themed accommodations. Their friendship, tested both on and off-screen, appears stronger than ever.
A New Attraction Opens
The unlikely pair, who first met on the reality show where Nick famously betrayed Joe at the final round table, were all smiles as they explored the UK’s first and only PAW Patrol-themed land. The 1.4-acre attraction, which opened to the public on May 3, features four new rides themed around the beloved PAW Patrol characters, a pup-tacular playscape, and themed food and retail offerings.
Guests can even stay overnight in one of five PAW Patrol-themed hotel rooms, which sleep up to two adults and three children, with packages starting from £155 for a family of four, including breakfast and early ride access.
From Betrayal to Apology
The pair’s friendship was further tested earlier this year when they reunited at Comic Relief in March. Nick attempted a high-pressure Rubik’s Cube challenge on stage, with Joe dressed in drag as a distraction.
Despite the tense moment, Nick managed to turn the cubes to spell ‘sorry’—a nod to his betrayal on Celebrity Traitors. Their playful banter continued as they rode the UK’s first ‘Drifter’ ride, Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure, and posed for photos in the theme park.
Behind the Scenes of 'Celebrity Traitors'
Back in November, Joe revealed that he earned £30,000 for his appearance on Celebrity Traitors, though he admitted that not all contestants received the same pay. Despite his early exit in the final, where he was voted out by his teammates, Joe remained unfazed, calling the experience a ‘no-brainer.’
The rugby player also admitted that he hadn’t heard of fellow contestant David Olusoga before the show, highlighting the diverse mix of personalities that made the series so entertaining. Now, at PAW Patrol’s Adventure Bay, Joe and Nick are proving that their friendship has endured beyond the drama of reality TV.
